At Aravixa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
